Senior Recruiter [Commercial Hiring FTC 6 mos]

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to understand role requirements hiring priorities and market conditions.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent across Commercial functions including Sales Marketing Commercial Excellence Business Analytics and Service Sales.
• Screen and assess candidates presenting high-quality candidate slates and building proactive talent pipelines.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing market insights talent availability and hiring recommendations.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle ensuring an efficient and positive candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring leaders and HR to develop competitive offer recommendations.
• Track recruiting metrics and drive continuous improvement in hiring outcomes.
• Mentor Recruiters and other team members sharing recruiting best practices and market knowledge.

Qualifications :

Position Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in business management human resources or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Significant recruiting experience with demonstrated successes in a corporate RPO or agency setting.
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
• Knowledge of common Human Resources principles practices and metrics related to talent acquisition. 
• Experience recruiting for Commercial functions including Sales Marketing Commercial Operations Analytics and Leadership roles.
• Experience within MedTech Medical Devices Diagnostics Healthcare Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical industries preferred.
