- IT Operations
- Monitoring wide range of applications
- Must have good knowledge in spoken and written English
- Works with a moderate degree of supervision
- Involves working in 24/7 rotational shift (should be willing to work in night shift)
- Minimum of 1 2 years of progressively responsible experience demonstrating in-depth working knowledge with a broad range of applications as Support personnel and with customer service experience
- Job Description:
- Monitoring Troubleshoot and provide support on Applications
- Works within established procedures and practices.
- May perform one or more of the following: Analyzes business processes and performs needs assessments in an effort to align information technology solutions with business initiatives.
- Production application
- Production servers
- ServiceNow or similar ticketing system
- Participate in performance monitoring and optimization
- Communicate effectively with internal software team members and customers through strong verbal written and interpersonal skills
- Remain flexible to changes in priorities with the ability to multi-task
- Provides technical expertise in identifying evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.
