HR Operations Manager

Dream Communication System LLC, a leading player in the industry, is seeking a dedicated HR Operations Manager to join our team in Delhi, India. As the HR Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor regulations.

- Coordinate with departments to facilitate performance management processes.

- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance procedures.

- Manage payroll operations and ensure accurate and timely disbursement.

- Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with HR standards.

Requirements & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

- Proven experience in HR operations, with 1-8 years of relevant experience.

- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

- Proficient in HRIS and payroll software.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR).

- Experience in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
