Job Summary
Client & Project: We are seeking a new talent to join the Information Technology Operations team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project Coimbatore Ops - Shared. The client is Cross Client a company that provides diverse and comprehensive services across multiple sectors to support operational excellence and innovation.
Responsibilities: As an IT Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for managing delivery for IT production systems and services. Your day-to-day activities will include driving incident issue and outage management investigation and restoration to ensure smooth IT operations. You are expected to build knowledge and support the team while actively participating in problem-solving discussions. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management is required.
Develop a strong understanding of IT production systems and service delivery processes to effectively support operational needs.
Execute assigned tasks with attention to detail and quality ensuring timely resolution of incidents and issues.
Collaborate with team members to identify recurring problems and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders to provide updates and gather necessary information.
Follow established procedures and guidelines while demonstrating eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
