In this field-based role you will be responsible for providing maintenance repairs and technical support for a range of medical devices and surgical equipment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and performance of equipment that directly impacts patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Repair service and testStrykers electronic and mechanical devices to manufacturer and regulatory standards.
- Deliverpreventive maintenance calibrations and annual checkson equipment in hospitals and clinical settings.
- Install systemsand completehardware and software upgradesat customer sites.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly ensuring minimal disruption to clinicians.
- Partner with Customer Service to keep workflows smooth and customer expectations met.
- Document all service activitiesaccurately for compliance and full traceability.
- Support internal teams and customers withtechnical advice and training.
Collaborate with colleagues to share technical knowledge and contribute to team goals
