Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
Aids in the accurate creation and ongoing maintenance of Installed Base records by cross-referencing validated data sources and guidelines working with autonomy within established procedures.
Assists to track automated system processes and flag exceptions that require manual intervention to ensure timely updates to the Installed Base records.
Assists in the validation of product Change Requests by reviewing them against established standards before updating the Installed Base system.
Supports the data maintenance process by ensuring all changes to Installed Base records are accurately documented and implemented in a timely manner.
Prepares documentation for Customer Affected Lists ensuring that all information required for Field Change Orders is up-to-date and accurate.
Provides support in troubleshooting issues related to the Installed Base management system leveraging research and knowledge to resolve problems efficiently.
Helps to maintain accurate and accessible records of Installed Base management activities ensuring that documentation is compliant with audit standards.
Responds to internal inquiries regarding Installed Base data by providing clear accurate and timely information based on up-to-date records and research.
Exercises autonomy within established procedures making informed decisions to resolve moderately complex issues and drive results.

Minimum required Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Installed Base Management Service Processes or equivalent.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.
