Job Summary

Position Overview

We are looking for an Initiation Desk Coordinator based in Gurugram. This is an office-based role supporting global immigration operations and service delivery.

The successful candidate will review and distribute immigration initiations create and manage cases in internal systems maintain accurate records process supporting documentation and ensure compliance with client requirements internal protocols SLAs and quality standards. Working closely with global immigration teams this role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail coordination data management communication and administrative skills who thrives in a fast-paced process-driven environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Review of initiations received from across the globe in line with mandatory and client specific requirements
  • Distribution of initiations following strict cross country and client protocols
  • Creating applicant profiles and cases onImmigo(NCs case management system)
  • Review and store supporting documents in respective dedicated folders and system
  • Access client portals and websites to download work orders
  • Timely distribution of initiations adhering to strict SLAs
  • Accurately assessing initiation requests and following internal protocols
  • Ability to comprehend initiation requests and distribute effectively

DRIVE PROCESS IMPROVEMENT:

  • Identifies opportunities for improving processes.
  • Adheres toorganizationalexpectations; createsobjectives that align with SLAsand KPIs

Education andQualifications(E Essential D Desirable)

  • Graduate level degree or equivalent (E)
  • Results oriented and operates with a strong level of accountability
  • StrongExcel skills& a proven love of and aptitude for technology (E)
  • High standards and integrity coupled withexcellent attention to detail and organisational skills (E)
  • Proficiency/fluency of English language spoken and written.
  • Strong focus with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; proactive approach to addressing and communicating issues providing feedback and solutions.
  • Ability to be flexible with scheduling based on business needs.
  • Excellent time management and planning skills required (E)
  • Immigration case management/immigration support experience (1-2 years) (D)
  • Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills within a fast-paced environment with competing demands (E)
  • Communicates both verbally and in writing clearly and accurately and adheres to client and firm confidentiality and privacy (E)
  • Ability to work independently as a member of a team and under supervision(E)
