Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations on a contract basis. The role is responsible for managing employee lifecycle activities onboarding HR documentation compliance payroll coordination employee engagement and HR reporting while ensuring a seamless employee experience. The ideal candidate will have 4 - 6 years of HR Generalist or HR Operations experience strong communication and stakeholder management skills proficiency in MS Office and HRMS platforms and a good understanding of Indian labor practices and HR processes. Experience in contract staffing or corporate HR operations is an added advantage.
