- Lead Shared Services (US UK Europe) Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Accounting or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in shared services operations or a similar role.
- Proven track record of leading and managing large cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in implementing process improvement initiatives and leveraging technology to drive efficiency.
- Deep understanding of financial management and budgeting principles. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Preferred Qualifications - MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in a multinational or global organization.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a similar process improvement methodology.
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute a strategic vision for Shared Services operations in the US UK and Europe aligned with the companys objectives.
- Identify opportunities for operational excellence cost reduction.
- Implement innovative solutions to drive business performance and enhance customer satisfaction.
Operational Excellence
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of Shared Services ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
- Implement best practices and operational frameworks to optimize efficiency quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance and drive continuous improvement.
Talent Management
- Lead develop and motivate a high-performing team providing mentorship coaching and professional development opportunities.
- Foster a positive inclusive and collaborative work environment that empowers employees.
- Hire and retain top talent to strengthen the teams capabilities.
Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including senior leadership business unit heads and global counterparts.
- Collaborate effectively to understand business needs align priorities and deliver exceptional service.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues ensuring smooth operations and stakeholder satisfaction.
Continuous Improvement
