  • Lead Shared Services (US UK Europe) Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Accounting or a related field.
  • 10 years of experience in shared services operations or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing large cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in implementing process improvement initiatives and leveraging technology to drive efficiency.
  • Deep understanding of financial management and budgeting principles. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Preferred Qualifications - MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in a multinational or global organization.
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a similar process improvement methodology.

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute a strategic vision for Shared Services operations in the US UK and Europe aligned with the companys objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for operational excellence cost reduction.
  • Implement innovative solutions to drive business performance and enhance customer satisfaction.

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of Shared Services ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
  • Implement best practices and operational frameworks to optimize efficiency quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance and drive continuous improvement.

Talent Management

  • Lead develop and motivate a high-performing team providing mentorship coaching and professional development opportunities.
  • Foster a positive inclusive and collaborative work environment that empowers employees.
  • Hire and retain top talent to strengthen the teams capabilities.

Stakeholder Management
