Job Summary

Job Description:

  • Employee On boarding & Off boarding Management: Facilitate a smooth and

  • welcoming on boarding experience for new hires including documentation collection

  • background verification coordination system access setup and orientation support.

  • Manage the off boarding process efficiently ensuring all formalities are completed

  • including exit interviews full and final settlement coordination and documentation.

  • HR Information System (HRIS) Management: Maintain and update employee data

  • accurately and promptly in our HRIS. Ensure data integrity generate reports and assist

  • with system enhancements or troubleshooting as needed. This includes managing

  • employee profiles organizational structures and other relevant HR data points.

  • Documentation & Record Keeping: Oversee the meticulous maintenance of all employee

  • records both physical and digital ensuring compliance with company policies and legal

  • requirements. This involves managing personnel files contracts performance reviews and

  • other critical HR documents.

  • Policy Implementation & Compliance Support: Assist in the communication and

  • implementation of HR policies and procedures. Ensure all HR operations adhere to

  • relevant labor laws and internal guidelines contributing to a compliant and ethical work

  • environment.

  • Employee Query Resolution: Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries

  • related to HR policies benefits payroll and general HR processes. Provide timely

  • accurate and empathetic responses escalating complex issues to senior HR team members

  • when necessary.

  • Payroll Input & Benefits Administration Support: Collaborate with the payroll team by

  • providing accurate and timely inputs for monthly payroll processing including attendance

  • leave data new joinee details and exits. Assist in the administration of employee benefits

  • programs ensuring employees are well-informed and supported.

  • HR Reporting & Analytics: Generate various HR reports on a regular basis such as

  • headcount attrition leave utilization and other key HR metrics. Assist in analyzing data to

  • identify trends and provide insights that support strategic HR decision-making.

  • Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external vendors for HR-related services such as

  • background verification agencies training providers and benefits administrators ensuring

  • service level agreements are met.

  • Ad-hoc HR Projects: Participate in and contribute to various HR projects and initiatives

  • aimed at improving HR processes enhancing employee experience and supporting

  • organizational growth
