Job Summary
Job Description:
1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy for all levels
- Build strong talent pipelines and improve hiring efficiency
- Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
- Drive employer branding initiatives
2. HR Policies & Compliance
- Design implement and update HR policies and processes
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations
- Establish best practices for HR governance
3. HR Generalist Functions
- Oversee employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit)
- Manage performance management systems and appraisals
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Handle employee relations grievance management and conflict resolution
4. Leadership & Strategy
- Act as a strategic partner to leadership team
- Build and nurture a strong organizational culture
- Lead HR transformation and process improvements
- Manage and mentor the HR team
