Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to manage end-to-end recruitment while supporting key HR operations and business partnering activities. The role requires handling multiple hiring mandates collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring efficient execution of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for 12–14 active positions across functions. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and create job descriptions. Source screen and coordinate candidates through the recruitment lifecycle. Drive stakeholder communication and provide regular hiring updates. Support onboarding employee engagement and HR operations. Maintain recruitment metrics and ensure timely position closures.
Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in HR Generalist and Talent Acquisition roles. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in end-to-end recruitment and HR operations.
