Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate HR Executive People Development to drive employee growth engagement and performance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute Learning & Development (L&D) programs
Support performance management & appraisal cycles
Drive employee engagement & retention initiatives
Identify training needs & skill development plans
Coordinate onboarding training sessions & workshops
Track employee progress and maintain L&D reports
Collaborate with managers for talent development strategies
Promote a culture of continuous learning & growth



Requirements

  • Experience in Learning & Development / HR Generalist role
  • Strong communication & presentation skills
  • Knowledge of performance management systems
  • Ability to design and deliver training programs
  • Employee engagement & retention strategies
  • Analytical mindset (training effectiveness HR metrics)
  • Strong interpersonal & coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA / MSW in Human Resources
  • Experience in IT / corporate / manufacturing environment preferred
