Key Responsibilities Convert approved GA drawings into detailed shopfloor-ready PDOCs (part & assembly level). Generate and validate production BOMs aligned with GA drawings and PDOCs. Ensure strict adherence to standard libraries and modular design practices. Define assembly logic hardware mapping and material specifications. Coordinate with Design NPD Production and Procurement teams to resolve gaps. Release complete and error-free manufacturing documentation. Support production planning sequencing and material readiness. Conduct RCA/CAPA for recurring drawing and BOM-related issues.
