Job Summary

Lead the design and architecture of enterprise GIS solutions using ArcGIS

Enterprise and ArcGIS Utility Network for telecom clients.
Define GIS data models for telecom assets (e.g. cables ducts nodes
closures equipment etc.) in alignment with UNM schema.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to GIS developers analysts and
data engineers.
Design and implement workflows for network editing versioning validation
reconciliation and conflict resolution using branch versioning.
Oversee integration of GIS with other OSS/BSS field systems and planning
tools.
Define strategies for data migration from legacy systems to ArcGIS UNM
ensuring data quality and model compliance.
Review and optimize ArcGIS Enterprise deployments including Portal Server
Data Store and high availability setups.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet both
business and technical requirements.
Support development of custom tools and extensions using ArcGIS Pro SDK
Java SpringBoot APIs Python SOE/SOI or JavaScript APIs.
GIS is fully integrated into BTs enterprise ecosystem
Migration is scalable governed and future-proof
