Final Quality Control

Position: Final QC (Quality Control)

Location: GIDC Area Jamnagar Gujarat

Industry: Brass Manufacturing

Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years

Salary: 20000 – 30000 per month (Depending on Knowledge & Experience)

• Perform final inspection of finished brass components before dispatch.
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports accurately.
• Use quality inspection instruments and gauges effectively.
• Verify product dimensions and quality as per customer drawings and specifications.
• Identify quality issues and report non-conformities to the concerned department.
• Ensure all inspected products meet company and customer quality standards.
• Maintain inspection records and support quality documentation.
• Coordinate with the production team to resolve quality-related issues.

• Hands-on experience in final quality inspection within the Brass Manufacturing industry.
• Good knowledge of inspection reporting and quality documentation.
• Familiarity with measuring instruments and gauges such as Vernier Caliper Micrometer Height Gauge Thread Gauges Plug Gauges Ring Gauges and Dial Indicator.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and interpret product specifications.
• Good observation analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge for maintaining inspection records.
