Job Summary
- Overall management of fabrication and production activities.
- Planning and monitoring production schedules.
- Managing manpower supervisors and workers.
- Ensuring quality control and timely project completion.
- Monitoring material consumption and inventory.
- Implementing safety standards and factory compliance.
- Coordination with clients vendors and project teams.
- Cost control productivity improvement and reporting to management.
Requirements
- Diploma/B.E. Mechanical / Production Engineering.
- Experience in fabrication signboard structural steel or engineering manufacturing units.
- Strong knowledge of steel fabrication welding and structural works.
- Ability to manage factory operations and workforce.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.
- Leadership problem-solving and planning skills.
- Bond Period: Minimum 1 Year (if applicable by company policy)
