Job Summary

We are seeking a technically sound and customer-focused Technical Services professional to support product demonstrations site trials product approvals and specification development for our range of drymix mortars and construction chemical products. The role involves close coordination with Sales R&D Marketing Architects Consultants Contractors and Applicators to ensure successful product implementation and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Product Demonstrations & Application Support

• Conduct live product demonstrations for customers dealers contractors applicators and project teams.
• Train customers on proper product application methods and best practices.
• Support new product launches through technical demonstrations and field presentations.
• Resolve application-related issues at project sites.

Site Trials & Product Evaluation

• Plan and execute product trials at construction sites.
• Monitor product performance and document trial observations.
• Coordinate with Sales and R&D for product improvements based on site feedback.
• Prepare technical trial reports and recommend commercialization of successful trials.

Technical Specifications & Approvals

• Develop product specifications for consultants architects and project owners.
• Assist the sales team in getting products approved in project specifications.
• Provide technical documentation including method statements datasheets and installation guidelines.
• Support tender specifications and project technical submissions.

Customer Technical Support

• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance.
• Conduct site inspections and recommend suitable product systems.
• Handle customer complaints and perform root cause analysis.
• Ensure timely closure of technical service requests.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Build relationships with Architects Structural Consultants PMC teams Contractors Builders and Government departments.
• Conduct technical seminars workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Support dealer and applicator training programs.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with Sales Marketing R&D Quality Assurance and Manufacturing teams.
• Share customer feedback for product enhancement.
• Assist in preparing technical literature and application manuals.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain records of site visits demonstrations product trials and customer interactions.
• Submit weekly and monthly technical service reports.
• Track specification conversions and project approvals.
• Maintain CRM updates for assigned projects.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Number of product demonstrations conducted.
• Successful completion of product trials.
• Product approvals/specifications secured.
• Customer satisfaction score.
• Resolution time for technical complaints.
• Number of architect/consultant engagements.
• Applicator training sessions conducted.
• Technical support provided to sales projects.

Education

• Diploma in Civil Engineering / B.E. (Civil) / (Civil)

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Technical Services Product Demonstration Site Trials Application Engineering or Technical Support within the Drymix Mortars Construction Chemicals Tile Adhesives Wall Putty Waterproofing Gypsum or Building Materials industry.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience in conducting product demonstrations and on-site trials.
• Strong understanding of drymix mortar products tile adhesives wall putty waterproofing repair mortars and related applications.
• Experience in developing and securing product specifications with architects consultants PMCs and builders.
• Ability to provide technical support and troubleshoot application-related issues at project sites.
• Good communication presentation and customer handling skills.
• Proficient in preparing technical reports trial reports and application documentation.
• Willingness to travel extensively for site visits demonstrations and customer support.
