Job Title: Analyst / Executive IT Procurement

Role Purpose

To manage end-to-end procurement of IT hardware software and services ensuring cost efficiency compliance and timely delivery while aligning with business and technology requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Procure IT hardware (laptops desktops servers networking) software licenses SaaS solutions and IT services at optimal cost quality and timelines.
• Perform cost analysis benchmarking and market assessment to ensure competitive sourcing.
• Drive vendor development and management for IT categories including OEMs system integrators cloud/service providers and resellers.
• Identify alternate suppliers to mitigate risk and ensure business continuity.
• Maintain strong understanding of IT supply market trends licensing models and emerging technologies.
• Execute end-to-end PR to PO cycle in coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Conduct techno-commercial evaluation of proposals and finalize negotiations (pricing delivery payment terms licensing terms).
• Partner closely with IT Digital PMO Finance InfoSec and Legal teams to ensure alignment on requirements and compliance.
• Support contracting activities including MSA SOW SLA and ensure adherence to procurement policies.
• Track and expedite deliveries for IT assets/services to meet project timelines.
• Manage vendor performance evaluation SLA adherence and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with IT procurement governance licensing compliance and audit requirements.
• Maintain documentation for internal and external audits including contracts POs and vendor records.
• Build and maintain a database of IT products vendors pricing benchmarks and technologies.

Technical Skills & Requirements

• Strong experience in IT Procurement (Hardware Software IT Services Cloud)
• Knowledge of software licensing models (Microsoft Oracle SaaS etc.) preferred
• Hands-on experience in SAP (mandatory); exposure to Ivalua / Ariba preferred
• Experience in handling CAPEX (IT infra) and IT MRO procurement
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced multi-stakeholder environment
