Coordinating appointments meetings and events ensuring that the Partner / Directors time is optimally allocated.
Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails and phone calls to ensure timely and appropriate responses.
Organising travel itineraries via the Business Support Team
Preparing agendas and ensuring that all necessary materials and information are available for meetings.
Supporting specific projects by conducting research compiling data and providing administrative help.
1. Core Competencies
Communication Skills (Both Written & Verbal) Strong professional communication with stakeholders across geographies is mandatory.
Travel Management (International Exposure Preferred)
Ability to plan book and coordinate complex travel itineraries efficiently.
Calendar Management (Multi-Time Zone Recurring Meetings Schedule Assistant - Preferred) Demonstrated experience in managing leadership calendars across multiple time zones with a high degree of accuracy including scheduling recurring meetings and effectively utilizing tools such as the Schedule Assistant.
Ability to work independently in aremote/virtual collaboration setup
Familiarity with tools like Outlook Teams Zoom calendar scheduling systems.
