Job Title: EV QA Software Manager

Location: Chennai

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience:

8 years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on automotive or EV software.
3 years of experience in a leadership role managing a QA team.
Strong hands-on experience in test automation using CAPL or Python.
In-depth knowledge of automotive protocols such as CAN LIN and Ethernet.
Experience with automotive testing tools like CANoe CANalyzer and others.
Familiarity with EV systems including Battery Management Systems (BMS) Inverters and Powertrain Control Units.

Skills:

Strong programming skills in CAPL and/or Python.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment with changing priorities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Certifications: ISTQB or other relevant certifications are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with model-based testing and tools like MATLAB/Simulink.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.
Knowledge of safety standards such as ISO 26262.
