Engineering Manager

• Plan and supervise preventive predictive and breakdown maintenance of manufacturing and utility equipment.

• Engineering Items PO Creation vender selection approval procurement & proper invoicing/billing & closing entire task related to procurement.

• Manage engineering activities for HVAC chillers compressors RO systems cooling towers electrical systems and other utilities as applicable.

• Lead troubleshooting of mechanical electrical instrumentation and utility-related problems.

• Prepare and maintain preventive maintenance schedules SOPs checklists and maintenance records.

• Coordinate with Production Quality Assurance Quality Control EHS and other departments for maintenance activities.

• Participate in qualification and validation activities including DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ where applicable.

• Manage CAPA deviation change control and investigation activities related to engineering systems.

• Coordinate with contractors and external service providers for specialized maintenance and projects.

• Support installation and commissioning of new machinery equipment and utility systems.

• Ensure proper documentation and traceability of all engineering activities.

• Train and guide engineering technicians and junior engineers.

• Participate in internal and external GMP/regulatory audits and provide required engineering documentation.
