• Drive Productivity reduce rework and rejection using Lean Tools.
• Ensure adherence to workplace safety quality norms and process controls.
• Conduct Time and Motion Study and Cycle-time analysis.
• Implement PFMEA Control Plan and Risk Mitigation Actions.
• Improve layout material flow machine utilization and ergonomics.
• Ensure first time right execution based on approved drawings and BOM.
• Ensure compliance to ISO and Involvement in all QHSE activities including internal and external audits.
• Prepare daily/weekly production plans based on project timelines and routing time.
• Allocate manpower and resources to meet production targets.
• Involvement in BPS activities and coordinating and driving RPP projects

B.E. / Mechanical with 3 - 6 years of experience

Preferred Knowledge / Exposure:
