1. Business & P&L; Ownership

Own end-to-end ecommerce revenue targets

Drive category-wise growth for perfumes & watches

Manage margins discounting strategy and contribution profitability

Forecast demand and align inventory planning with supply chain

2. Marketplace Management
-
Manage platforms: Myntra Amazon Flipkart Nykaa Ajio
-
Optimize product listings (SEO content images A content)
-
Improve conversion rates ratings and reviews
-
Ensure catalog hygiene pricing parity and stock availability
-
3. Performance Marketing & Growth
-
Plan and execute PLA PCA AMS and platform ads
-
Optimize ROAS and CAC across channels
-
Work closely with platform account managers for visibility (deals banners events)
-
Scale high-performing SKUs and manage hero products
-
4. Quick Commerce Expansion
-
Drive presence and growth on Blinkit Zepto Swiggy Instamart
-
Manage assortment strategy (fast-moving SKUs packs pricing)
-
Optimize fill rates dark store availability and ranking
-
Work on quick commerce-specific promotions and velocity
-
5. Merchandising & Pricing
-
Define assortment strategy by platform
-
Drive seasonal launches bundles and exclusives
-
Monitor competition pricing and market trends
-
Plan and execute sale events (EORS BBD etc.)

6. Operations & Supply Chain Coordination
-
Ensure high fill rate low returns and optimal inventory turns

Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams
-
Reduce cancellations RTO and aging inventory

7. Data & Analytics
-
Track daily/weekly KPIs: sales traffic conversion ROAS

Analyze platform dashboards and identify growth levers
-
Build actionable insights for scaling categories

8. Team & Stakeholder Management
-
Manage internal teams (catalog performance operations)
-
Coordinate with agencies and platform account managers
-
Drive cross-functional alignment (marketing supply chain finance)
