Job Summary

E-Commerce Lead

Drive revenue growth profitability inventory planning and channel expansion.
Manage marketplace operations pricing promotions and account health.
Optimize advertising conversions and performance metrics (CAC ROAS margins).
Build partnerships and identify new growth opportunities.
Analyze business performance and provide strategic insights.

Requirements

8 years of experience in E-Commerce Marketplace Growth or Digital Commerce.

Proven experience managing multiple marketplaces and categories end-to-end.

Strong knowledge of marketplace algorithms advertising platforms and catalog management.

Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.

Startup experience preferred.

Candidates from Healthcare Medical Devices Wellness Electronics or Consumer Products industries will be an advantage.
