ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a creative energetic and hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to manage the complete digital marketing activities of Boolean Staffing & Recruitment Solutions and Boolean Sports.

This is not a coordination-only role.

We need someone who can think create shoot edit design publish promote and analyse digital content independently.

If you love Instagram Reels social media video editing graphic designing content creation and digital marketing this role is for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media Management

• Manage Instagram Facebook LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Prepare and execute weekly/monthly content calendars.
• Create and publish Posts Reels Stories Shorts and Videos.
• Increase reach engagement followers and brand visibility.
• Monitor comments DMs and audience engagement.

Content Creation & Video Editing

• Shoot photos and videos at office sports academy cricket events and activities.
• Create engaging Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts.
• Edit promotional and corporate videos.
• Add captions subtitles music transitions effects and branding.
• Identify trending content and convert trends into relevant brand content.

Preferred tools: CapCut VN Premiere Pro Canva or similar.

Graphic Designing

Create:

• Job Opening Posters
• Recruitment Creatives
• Social Media Posts
• Sports Event Creatives
• Academy Promotions
• Banners & Announcements
• Festival & Campaign Creatives

Preferred: Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator.

Digital Marketing & Paid Campaigns

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage Meta Ads – Facebook & Instagram.
• Basic knowledge of Google Ads and YouTube Ads.
• Generate quality leads for recruitment and sports-related businesses.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimise campaigns.

Website & SEO

• Coordinate website content updates.
• Upload job openings blogs and company updates.
• Basic understanding of SEO keywords and Google Business Profile.
• Monitor website traffic and digital performance.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track reach impressions engagement and follower growth.
• Monitor leads generated through digital campaigns.
• Prepare weekly/monthly digital marketing reports.
• Analyse performance and recommend new ideas.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate should be:

Creative & energetic
Strong in Reels & short-video editing
Good at Canva/graphic designing
Comfortable with mobile photography & videography
Familiar with Instagram & LinkedIn algorithms
Knowledge of Meta Ads
Good communication & copywriting skills
Updated with social media trends
Able to work independently
Comfortable managing multiple brands
Result-oriented and deadline-focused

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

Digital Marketing Social Media Reels Video Editing Graphic Designing Content Creation Meta Ads Instagram Marketing LinkedIn Marketing Basic SEO

QUALIFICATION

Graduate in Digital Marketing Marketing Mass Communication Journalism Graphic Design or any relevant field.

Practical skills and portfolio will be given more importance than qualification alone.

EXPERIENCE

1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Freshers with strong practical skills and an impressive portfolio may also be considered.

IMPORTANT

Portfolio / Previous Work Samples are mandatory.
