Job Summary
Posting Title: Desktop Support Engineer (Male only)
Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/IT
Location: Narhe - Pune
Shift Time: Genaral - Monday to Froday(work from office)
Job Description
Provide first-level desktop and technical support to end users.
Troubleshoot hardware software printer and basic network/LAN-related issues.
Install configure and maintain desktops laptops printers and standard software applications.
Support Office 365 user-related activities including password reset mailbox support and basic user management.
Perform system formatting software installation OS troubleshooting and regular system health checks.
Maintain IT asset inventory including allocation tracking and documentation of IT equipment.
Handle user support tickets and ensure timely issue resolution as per SLA.
Coordinate with senior IT team members for issue escalation and support activities.
Requirements
Software & Domain Knowledge
Windows 10/11 MS Office Office 365 Outlook LAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting Printer Support
Knowledge of desktop support Windows operating systems LAN/network troubleshooting Office 365 support hardware/software troubleshooting and IT asset management.
Personal Attributes
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
