Your work profile
The Transition Lead oversees end-to-end transition projects ensuring smooth migration of processes systems or services with minimal disruption to business operations. This includes planning coordination risk management and stakeholder communication.
- Lead transition projects from initiation to closure
- Develop detailed transition plans timelines and milestones
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (operations IT HR finance)
- Conduct process due diligence and knowledge transfer (KT) sessions
- Identify risks dependencies and mitigation strategies
- Ensure documentation of processes SOPs and workflows
- Monitor transition progress and provide regular status updates
- Manage stakeholder expectations (clients internal leadership vendors)
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and SLAs
- Support post-transition stabilization and handover
Key Skills Required:
- Strong project management skills (Agile/Waterfall knowledge preferred)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Risk assessment and problem-solving ability
- Process mapping and documentation expertise
- Leadership and team coordination
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to work under tight deadlines

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- 510 years of experience in project management transitions or operations
- Certifications (preferred): PMP PRINCE2 Lean Six Sigma
- Education: Any Bachelors
