Job Summary
- University degree in IT or business information management or
- equivalent qualification
- 15 years-experience in the field of application support product
- management and software development out of which 5 years is
- preferred in people management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working in a
- global environment
- Willingness to learn and quickly adapt to changing requirements
- Proactive approach to identifying issues and presenting solutions
- and options
- Team-building abilities and strong skills in the management of
- internal and external interfaces also in an international context
- Highly developed leadership qualities and management experience
- Experience of leading change processes and excellent
- organizational skills
- Considerable experience in IT preferably with sound knowledge of
- IT application development & application operation / run services
- and of managing international service
