Job Summary

Cybersecurity Lead

Years of Experience
- 8 years in cybersecurity architecture and operations
- 5 years in critical infrastructure smart city government or SOC environments
- Experience in securing cloud-native and multi-agency integrated platforms
Educational Qualification
- Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity Computer Science Information Security or related discipline
- Masters degree preferred in Cybersecurity or Information Assurance
Job Requirements
- Lead cybersecurity architecture and compliance for ICCC platform
- Implement Zero Trust IAM/RBAC API security SIEM/SOC integration and data protection
- Define cybersecurity governance aligned with Qatar NIA and TASMU standards
- Conduct vulnerability assessments penetration testing and incident response management
- Secure cloud edge GIS IoT and real-time operational systems
- Strong knowledge of NIST ISO 27001 SOC operations and critical infrastructure protection
Preferred Certifications
- CISSP
- CISM
- CEH
- ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor
- Microsoft Azure Security Engineer Associate
- GIAC / GSEC preferred
