Job Summary
Role Overview
As a Customer Support Team Member specializing in Orders and Collections you will play an instrumental role in ensuring the smooth and efficient resolution of customer inquiries and concerns related to orders and payments.
You will collaborate closely with the Orders and Collections teams to provide timely and accurate support to customers while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities Order Management & Customer Support- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries related to:
- Order status
- Tracking details
- Delivery information
- Assist customers in placing modifying or cancelling orders as required
- Provide outstanding customer service with a solutions-oriented approach
- Maintain professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions
- Build long-lasting customer relationships by exceeding expectations
- Handle customer inquiries regarding:
- Outstanding balances
- Payment plans
- Payment methods
- Work closely with the Collections team to:
- Set up payment arrangements
- Resolve payment-related issues
- Collaborate effectively with Orders and Collections teams to streamline processes and improve customer experience
- Assist in maintaining accurate customer master records while ensuring compliance with internal controls and SOX policies
- Support resolution of customer claims/issues by coordinating with internal teams such as:
- Sales
- Sales Operations
- Other relevant departments
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Order to Cash (O2C) process
