Working Hours & Days

  • Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
  • Sunday: Weekly Off

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Coordination: Receive and answer support requests from corporate clients via email and phone.
  • Engineer Schedule: Assign and schedule service calls for our Field Hardware Engineers based on client complaints.
  • Rental Asset Tracking: Maintain accurate records of IT assets (laptops servers etc.) out on short-term or long-term rental.
  • Documentation: Prepare delivery challans rental agreements and basic quotations for clients.
  • Follow-Ups: Payment follow ups and Service closure feedback with clients after a job is done to ensure they are satisfied with our service.
  • Data Management: Update internal spreadsheets and databases with asset details and client histories.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a back-office support coordination or data entry role.
  • Computer Skills: Good hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Excel Word and emails (Outlook/Gmail).
  • Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi/Ewgional Language to talk to corporate clients.
  • Organization Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks keep accurate records and manage time well.
  • Education: Graduate in any stream with relevant experience.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Basic understanding of IT terminology (knowing what a server workstation or firewall is).
  • Basic adaptability to learn and adaptability
  • Basic Knowledge on accounting about Delivery Challan Goods Receipt Note Purchase Sale Invoice Payment Receipt and ledger .
