Handle day-to-day customer transactions and queries
Verify appraise and process gold purchasing transactions
Maintain records vouchers and transaction documentation
Ensure proper cash handling and account balancing
Support business development and customer relationship activities
Promote and cross-sell company products and services
Maintain operational accuracy and data confidentiality
