IT By Design is looking for a Creative Lead to define and enforce the companys visual and verbal consistency across all marketing and brand outputs. This person will ensure that standard colors design language tone and voice remain aligned with founder expectations and company identity. The role is both strategic and hands-on covering creative direction quality control campaign packaging and content execution.
Key Responsibilities
Own the creative expression of the ITBD brand across digital social event and campaign assets.
Define and maintain brand standards for colors typography layouts templates visual hierarchy tone and voice.
Review and approve creative assets across design product videos blogs one pagers case studies newsletters presentations event collaterals and campaign visuals
Partner with Performance Lifecycle and leadership teams to ensure every outward-facing communication is polished and on-brand.
Build scalable creative systems style guides and reusable templates for the wider team.
Raise the quality of event communication and packaging so company spend translates into stronger visibility and perception.
Guide video editors designers and content creators to maintain quality and consistency.
Ensure campaigns do not look fragmented across teams channels or business units.
Balance speed with creative discipline and brand coherence.
Skills and Experience Required
6 years in creative strategy brand design art direction creative operations or integrated creative leadership.
Strong understanding of brand systems and how to operationalize them at scale.
Ability to translate founder and leadership expectations into clear scalable creative standards.
Strong experience across digital design campaign creative presentations video direction and event branding.
Good command of tone and voice development not just visual design.
Strong review and quality-control instincts with a high bar for craft.
Ability to lead internal and external creative resources effectively.

Candidates should have working proficiency or familiarity with the following or demonstrate the ability to adapt quickly:
Adobe Creative Suite(illustrator InDesign Premiere Pro) - for design production and video direction
