Your work profile

Provide on-premises support for the Oracle EBS R12.2 application environment.

Monitor manage and maintain PROD and non-PROD Oracle EBS environments to ensure system availability and performance.

Co-ordinate with the client support team for hardware and software-related support activities.

Support technical teams in resolving application issues and implementing enhancements within the Oracle EBS environment.

Ensure end-to-end traceability of requirements across the project and support lifecycle.

Maintain and share issue trackers status reports and support documentation with respective stakeholders and stack owners.

Participate in incident management troubleshooting root cause analysis and resolution activities.

Ensure adherence to support processes documentation standards and operational best practices.

Key skills required

• Bachelors or masters degree or related fields.
