Oracle DBA with 6-9 years of relevant experience.
Oracle Database Administration Oracle RAC 19c RAC Cluster Management (2 3 and 4 Node) Database Installation and Configuration Database Patching Database Upgrades Performance Monitoring Database Security Migration Projects High Availability Disaster Recovery (DR) Drills Failover Testing Oracle GoldenGate

This requirement is a good match for a senior Oracle DBA with strong Oracle RAC experience especially in banking environments where high availability and disaster recovery are critical.

Required experience includes:
Oracle database administration
Oracle RAC administration and implementation
Oracle RAC 19c installation and configuration
Managing 2-node 3-node and 4-node RAC clusters
Database patching upgrades and health checks
Database migration and upgrade projects
DR drills and failover testing
Database security management
High availability solutions

  • Set goals for direct reportees conduct timely performance reviews and appraisals and give constructive feedback to direct reports.
  • Ensure that organizational programs like Performance Nxt are well understood and that the team is taking the opportunities presented by such programs to their and their levels below

  • Lead and drive engagement initiatives for the team
  • Track team satisfaction scores and identify initiatives to build engagement within the team
