Job Summary

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct salary surveys and analyze market data to determine competitive compensation ranges
- Develop and maintain salary structures and job classifications
- Collaborate with HR business partners and hiring managers to determine appropriate salary offers for new hires and promotions
- Review and approve job and compensation changes
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation
- Provide guidance and support to HR and management on compensationrelated matters
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- 2 years of experience in compensation management or a related field.
- Experience with compensation analysis and benchmarking.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience with compensation software and tools.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with HR and other departments.
- Experience in a global organization.
