Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution:
Analyze work orders and project drawings identifying critical elements and potential risks.
Plan and allocate resources (materials manpower and supervision) for smooth project execution.
Ensure proper site execution with coordination between teams and clients.
Create detailed site-specific plans and mitigate risks with the support of the GM and technical teams.
Cost & Margin Management:
Achieve sales billing targets and manage project costs including labor materials and overheads.
Monitor and control resource efficiency and inventory management.
Track sales forecasts and ensure timely invoicing and payment collection.
Working Capital Management:
Ensure timely conversion of work done into certified invoices and recovery of debts.
Manage client payments and coordinate on bank guarantees and retention dues.
Process Compliance & Governance:
Oversee inventory management statutory compliance and safety protocols.
Ensure timely submission of reports and documentation as required.
Customer Management:
Lead client kick-off meetings and ensure project scope alignment.
Address client complaints and manage claims for additional work or price variations.
Obtain completion certificates and ensure client satisfaction for potential repeat business.
People Management:
Conduct regular reviews of project progress with the project team.
Identify training needs and arrange necessary training for the team.
