Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Client Servicing Executive to join our this role you will be responsible for managing client relationships handling client queries tracking orders resolving escalations and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.


The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills project coordination abilities and a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and address their inquiries professionally.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including editing design and print teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Manage client projects from verification scheduling invoice creation and delivery coordination.
  • Ensure project timelines and quality standards are maintained.
  • Handle client escalations and provide timely resolutions.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling products and services based on client requirements.
  • Onboard new clients and explain company services and offerings clearly.
  • Maintain accurate client records and communication through CRM systems.
  • Manage multiple client requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Commerce Arts Business Administration Marketing Communications or related field.
  • 12 years of experience in a client-facing or client servicing role.
  • Experience in industries such as photography printing editing or creative services will be preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets email handling HubSpot and messaging applications.
  • Strong communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Good project management and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • A strong understanding of visual content and customer handling.
