We are hiring an experienced Change Management & Execution Lead to drive large-scale organizational transformation and colleague communications across complex multi-geography environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end change management strategy and execution
Drive change aligned to Target Operating Model (TOM)
Conduct:
- Impact assessments
- Readiness analysis
- Stakeholder mapping
- Adoption planning
Manage people-side impacts:
- Role transitions
- Process transformations
- Organizational realignments
Partner with Program Leadership HR and Business stakeholders
Develop structured:
- Change frameworks
- Engagement plans
- Impact heatmaps
- Adoption strategies

Communications Responsibilities:

Deliver clear consistent and timely communication
Build awareness and adoption across impacted teams
Mitigate resistance and people risks
Ensure business continuity during transformation
