Key Responsibilities
Conduct training on case interview techniques and structured problem-solving.
Train participants on business case analysis market sizing profitability business strategy and estimation cases.
Conduct mock case interviews and provide detailed feedback.
Enhance candidates analytical thinking communication and presentation skills.
Guide participants on interview frameworks case structuring and decision-making approaches.
Prepare training materials and submit reports as required.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of case interview methodologies and business problem-solving.
Excellent analytical communication and presentation skills.
Experience in conducting mock interviews and coaching candidates.
Ability to simplify complex business scenarios and guide candidates effectively.
Educational Qualification
Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Management Engineering Economics Finance or a related field.
MBA or relevant certifications are preferred.
Experience
Minimum 35 years of experience in case interview coaching management consulting business analysis corporate training or career coaching.
