Salary:â¹30000 â¹40000 per month
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and passionateCommunication Trainerto join our Mumbai Centre. The ideal candidate should have 35 years of experience in communication training and possess strong expertise in improving students spoken English confidence and overall communication skills. The trainer should be capable of identifying and working onMother Tongue Influence (MTI)issues to help students achieve clear and neutral communication.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging communication and spoken English training sessions.
Identify and reduce studentsMother Tongue Influence (MTI)through targeted coaching techniques.
Conduct activities to improve pronunciation fluency grammar vocabulary and voice modulation.
Develop students presentation skills public speaking and interview communication.
Assess students communication levels and provide constructive feedback.
Prepare lesson plans training materials and progress reports.
Motivate and mentor students to build confidence in professional communication.
Collaborate with the academic team to ensure effective learning outcomes.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in any discipline (English or related field preferred).
35 years of experience as a Communication Trainer.
Strong command of spoken and written English.
Proven experience in handlingMTI (Mother Tongue Influence)correction.
Excellent presentation facilitation and interpersonal skills.
Experience in training students for employability interviews or corporate communication is an added advantage.

Neutral accent and clear pronunciation.
Excellent classroom management skills.
Ability to engage and motivate learners.
Strong problem-solving and mentoring abilities.
