- Key Account Management: Oversee key client accounts ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive new business and expand existing accounts. Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients. Cultivate long-term partnerships to foster repeat business.
- Process Improvement: Analyze sales performance data generate forecasts and report on the teams performance to senior leadership. Streamline the sales process to ensure efficiency and success. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends products and competitor activities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the presales delivery and finance teams to ensure alignment and smooth communication.
