As an BDR at Netchex youll be on the front lines of our growth identifying and engaging net-new prospects through aggressive outbound calling while partnering with Account Executives to drive pipeline and accelerate deals. Youre not just setting meetings; youre starting relationships that turn into long-term Netchex customers.
**Important: Candidates must reside in either Chennai or Bangalore. This role is expected to work US business hours. As this role is remote to start may become 1-2 days in the office over time to build community and accelerate growth.**
About the role
The Outbound BDR role at Netchex is a unique opportunity. Were looking for talented ambitious BDRs with a proven track record selling into the US market who can run high-velocity top-of-funnel qualification while navigating a strategic consultative sales process. As a BDR youll prospect and qualify new customers and channel partners for Netchex.

What you will do
- Become a product expert across our entire platform and know the competitor landscape
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Executives and Marketing to run outbound campaigns and grow lead volume
- Work with your BDR Manager to track performance metrics build lead-gen and cold outreach strategies and execute them
- Reach out via phone email and social to connect with prospective buyers. Cold-call addicts preferred
- Run secondary research into company financials line of business and technology stack to personalize every touch
- Stay current on HRIS industry trends and competitor moves and position Netchex against them
- Keep the CRM clean and current on every lead and follow-up
- Pre-qualify opportunities on Budget Authority Need and Timeline
- Strategize cross-functional campaigns alongside BD and Marketing
What were looking for:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Outbound BDR selling SaaS software specifically to US buyers. This is a requirement.
- Excellent spoken and written English. You will be on the phone with US prospects every day not just emailing so phone-grade fluency and a clear confident speaking voice are essential
- Adaptable and agile able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with an ever-evolving product
- Tech savvy with hands-on experience using CRM and prospecting tools like Salesforce ZoomInfo Nooks and Outreach for lead management pipeline tracking and outbound
- Results driven goal-oriented and relentless about hitting and beating quota
- Strong nice-to-have: Experience at Rippling or another HCM payroll or HR-tech company
