Job Summary

We are hiring a Business Development Manager for Mumbai location with strong experience in B2B sales client acquisition and team handling. Candidates from Paint Chemical Industrial Products or related industries will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive B2B business development and generate new business opportunities across India.
  • Identify and acquire new clients through lead generation client hunting and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Manage and mentor the sales/business development team to achieve targets.
  • Develop sales strategies negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Travel across India for client meetings business expansion and market development.


Requirements

  • 4 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
  • Experience in managing a team is mandatory.
  • Strong exposure to B2B sales and client acquisition.
  • Preferred industry background: Paint Chemical Industrial or related sectors.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Willingness to travel PAN India.
