Position Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager with strong expertise in managing end-to-end SAP implementation rollout upgrade enhancement and support projects. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in one or more SAP Functional Modules (such as SAP SD MM FI CO PP QM PM EWM TM Ariba SuccessFactors MDG etc.) along with proven leadership in project delivery stakeholder management and SAP transformation initiatives.
The candidate will lead cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise SAP solutions while ensuring projects are completed on time within budget and aligned with business objectives.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Project Management
Lead end-to-end SAP implementation rollout migration upgrade and support projects.
Define project scope timelines budgets resource planning and delivery milestones.
Manage project risks issues dependencies and change requests.
Ensure successful project delivery while meeting quality schedule and budget objectives.
Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to senior leadership.
Coordinate with business stakeholders SAP functional consultants technical teams vendors and offshore teams.
Ensure compliance with SAP Activate methodology and organizational governance standards.
Functional Leadership
Gather and validate business requirements with stakeholders.
Provide functional leadership across one or more SAP modules.
Review business processes and recommend SAP best practices.
Oversee solution design configuration testing deployment and post-go-live support.
Ensure seamless integration with other SAP and third-party systems.
Drive business process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Delivery & Quality Assurance
Oversee Functional Specification (FS) reviews and solution design approvals.
Manage Unit Testing System Integration Testing (SIT) User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect resolution.
Lead production deployments Hypercare and transition to support teams.
Ensure project documentation knowledge transfer and end-user training are completed.
Stakeholder & Team Management
Build strong relationships with business leaders and executive stakeholders.
Lead cross-functional and geographically distributed project teams.
Mentor SAP consultants and project team members.
Manage vendor relationships and coordinate third-party implementation partners.
Drive governance meetings steering committee reviews and executive reporting.

Experience with SAP interfaces IDocs APIs and third-party integrations.
Project Management Skills
Proven experience managing large-scale SAP implementation and transformation projects.
Strong project planning budgeting scheduling and resource management skills.
Experience leading global and distributed delivery teams.
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Excellent analytical leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Good-to-Have Skills:
SAP Solution Manager.
SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
SAP Signavio.
Agile/Scrum methodologies.
DevOps practices.
Experience with cloud-based SAP solutions (RISE with SAP).
Experience in Manufacturing Retail Healthcare Banking Insurance or Life Sciences domains.

Preferred Qualifications:
SAP Certification in any Functional Module.
SAP S/4HANA Certification.
PMP PRINCE2 Scrum Master or Agile Certification.
Experience leading global SAP rollout and transformation programs.
Knowledge of SAP Best Practices and enterprise architecture frameworks.
