Business Analyst , In Stores Finance

We are looking for a Business Analyst in our Business Finance team. The Business Intelligence team in works closely with all departments for fulfilling data analysis and business operations related data. This is a full stack team that works at all stages in data pipelines warehousing reporting business analysis machine learning and business optimization. The team members have immense scope of learning in terms of technology as well as business due to its visibility to cross functional data full stack BI technologies and rapidly growing services.

Key job responsibilities
As a Business Analyst you will help develop data solutions to drive deep dives provide insights into the health of the business. You will transform data into actionable business information and will make it readily accessible to stakeholders worldwide. You will own the design creation and management of extremely large datasets. From Day 1 you will be challenged with a variety of tasks ranging from creating datasets reports dashboards to metadata modeling pipeline monitoring. You will interact with internal program and product owners and technical teams to gather requirements structure scalable and perform data solutions and gain a deep understanding of key datasets. You will design implement and drive adoption of new analytic technologies and solutions and promote industry standard best practices. You will be responsible to tune query performance against large and complex data sets. You will help translate analytic insights into concrete actionable recommendations for business or product improvement.

- Experience creating complex SQL queries joining multiple datasets ETL DW concepts
- 2 years of Excel or Tableau (data manipulation macros charts and pivot tables) experience
- Experience in a BI role with a technology company or financial institution
- Experience scripting for automation (e.g. Python Perl Ruby)

- Experience working with Tableau
- Experience using very large datasets
