Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive to drive sales and expand our client base in the corporate gifting industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building strong client relationships understanding customer requirements and delivering customized gifting solutions that enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
Requirements
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Reach out to potential corporate and retail clients through calls emails LinkedIn and networking.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand client gifting requirements and propose customized solutions.
- Prepare quotations presentations and proposals.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into successful orders.
- Coordinate with the design procurement and operations teams to ensure timely execution.
- Maintain an updated database of prospects and clients.
- Stay updated on market trends competitor activities and gifting industry insights.
- Represent Giftonique at exhibitions networking events and corporate meetings when required.
- 0-1 years of experience in retail or customer-facing roles.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
Required Skills:
Cold calling Lead generation Communication Work independently Micrososft Office Presentation skills Time Management Customer handling.
Required Education:
Qualifications & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred) 0-1 years of experience in retail or customer-facing roles.
