Businesses Development Manager (B2B)

• Drive B2B sales and business development across Pan India
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers wholesalers dealers and distributors
  
• Identify and acquire new B2B clients and expand the customer base
  
• Manage key accounts and generate repeat business
  
• Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
  
• Conduct regular market visits and client meetings
  
• Develop and implement market expansion and sales strategies
  
• Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer requirements
  
• Participate in jewellery exhibitions trade shows and business meetings
  
• Handle commercial negotiations and maintain strong client relationships
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery
  
• Build long-term business relationships and strengthen the companys presence across domestic markets
  

• 8 years of relevant experience in B2B Sales / Business Development
  
• Strong experience in the Diamond Jewellery industry
  
• Strong knowledge of the Domestic / Pan India jewellery market
  
• Established network of retailers wholesalers dealers and distributors
  
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and generating business
  
• Strong client acquisition and business development skills
  
• Excellent communication negotiation and relationship management skills
  
• Strong market development and territory management experience
  
• Ability to handle key accounts independently
  
• Willingness to travel across India
  
• Male candidates preferred
