Job Description: Business Development Executive (Lubricants)

Location: Kolhapur

Experience: 2 5 years (Lubricants Chemicals or Industrial sales)

Education: Graduate (Any stream; Technical/Business background preferred)

Role Overview

We are looking for a goal-oriented Business Development Executive to grow our lubricant sales in Mumbai. You will be responsible for finding new clients managing distributors and driving revenue in the automotive or industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Find and secure new B2B clients (workshops manufacturing units fleet owners).

  • Appoint and manage a network of local dealers and distributors.

  • Achieve monthly sales and volume targets for oils and greases.

  • Build long-term relationships with clients and handle regular product inquiries.

  • Ensure timely payments and collections from distributors and clients.

Requirements
  • 2 years of field sales experience in lubricants tyres batteries or auto components.

  • Strong knowledge of Kolhapur local markets and industrial areas.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Fluent in Hindi and English (Marathi is a plus).

  • Must be willing to travel daily within Kolhapur.
